Coffee is one of the most complex of commonly consumed foods. Over 700 substances contribute to Northern Light Coffee’s robust and unique flavors. These rich blends are perfected during our coffee’s roasting process. To put it in perspective; vanilla, another complex natural flavor, has only 150 such components. But if it weren’t for coffee’s natural complexity, we wouldn’t be able to savor the unbeatable flavor and aroma of freshly ground coffee.
The roasting process is essential to great coffee. Northern Light Coffee uses small batch roasters to give the consumer the most consistent product. To further ensure the quality of every bean we ship, our product is never roasted until an order is placed. So you'll always get the freshest coffee possible.
Why is freshness so important? Coffee has an extremely short shelf life - roughly 14 days. If you are buying coffee from the grocery store, by the time it's roasted, packaged, shipped, stocked on the shelf, bought by you, and finally brewed at home, it's already stale. With rising costs in coffee beans, there's no reason to pay a high price for a product that has already expired. When you purchase Northern Light Coffee, you can count on delicious coffee, and be a Light for those in need.

SHIPPING & RETURNS:
Please allow 3-6 business days (mon-fri) for your order to be processed, roasted, packaged and shipped out to you.
*Please keep in mind we roast after you order and use small batch coffee roasters to ensure the most consistent and fresh coffee. Once the coffee is roasted it needs 48 hours to degas before grinding.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the fast turnaround time of an order being processed and packaged, we do not accept cancellations.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges as follows:
Apparel and Gear can be returned for refund or exchange.
Coffee at this time, cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged for a blend of equal or lesser value if there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume.
